I recently purchased an Extreme Rage Scuba Fill station. While busy with the 8th refill a sudden burst of air came out the little holes, top and bottom next to the pressure gauge. I closed the scuba tank valve and disconnected. When looking into the fill station through the female adapter you can see something looking like a broken o-ring inside, in line with the pressure release valve. How can it be repaired?
