The new ODU Utility Jacket (formerly known as the Enhanced All Weather Liner) features lightweight Polartec Power Shield stretch woven shell with low coverage velour back. The durable water repellent finish offers improved wind blocking protection, abrasion resistance, and extended breathability. The velour backing retains air and provides a high warmth-to-weight ratio. Designed to zip into the Foul Weather Parka II used by the U.S. Coast Guard.
