I use this with a Guerrilla Air 68ci/3000psi HPA tank, six 150rd Proto pods, a 1 1/2 liter camel bag, one battle swab, and my marker slinged to it.
At first you might think it will be way to back heavy, but it actually isn't. The weight is very well distributed and it doesn't feel uncomfortable at all. At the end of the day you might feel a bit of a backache, but hey I put it quite a lot of weight and it wasn't anything serious.
It is also great for slinging your marker and your mask when you're not using it. I absolutaley recommend this vest to anyone.
