I love these, when you throw it they bounce up about 3 feet, then spins this beautiful double spiral of bright blue paint.
Just take off the mesh, pull the pin out of the red cap, then throw it. (but keep the red cap on when you throw it, it'll pop off when it hits the ground)

This is a very cool product. Very realistic. Just before the game you really have to shake the greande to make it work well. Otherwise it is awsome.
