Bought this for my fiancee. Evidently women don't like getting shot in the upper torso. It works well and was what she was looking for. It definitely isn't very fancy but it will protect your chest and back from any pain even at close range. It is a little bulky, but that isn't totally a bad thing. She wears it over her clothing, but it could be worn under a coat, hoodie, or field jacket. I would recommend this to anyone looking to take the sting out on the cheap.
She is about 5'10" and it covers from her neck to just below her belt line. I am 6'1" and it ends just above my belt buckle.
