International Shipping
Can I place an international order?
  Yes, we ship internationally, as long as trade embargoes are not in effect. It is up to you to check local laws and import restrictions concerning the product that you intend to purchase. Please call us or email international@hustlepaintball.com if you have any questions, or to place an order. International order processing times and shipment transits times can also greatly increase, depending on your shipping method and order size.
Do I have to pay customs, taxes or duties?
  Depending on what you intend to purchase and where it's shipping, there may be taxes, customs or duties. You will be fully responsible for those charges and should check with your customs office prior to ordering the product. Taxes, duties and customs may be collected by your customs office or national carrier, not Hustle Paintball, LLC.
How can I pay for my international order?
  Depending on the size of the order, we may be able to obtain an authorization on your international credit card. However, it may be necessary to pay via wire transfer or international money order.

Wire transfers are the preferred method of payment. A $12 fee is automatically added to any order, no matter how large or small. Please contact a Hustle Paintball agent for banking information and to schedule a transfer.
How long will my international order take to reach me?
  Depending on the type of service you selected to deliver your package, the amount of time it will take to receive your package really varies. Please contact a Hustle Paintball agent to get more information. You can also use the tracking number you received to track your package.
How will my international order ship?
  Depending on the size and weight of your package, Hustle Paintball, LLC will select a carrier and service that works best with your time frame and budget. We will select from a variety of international cargo carriers, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL Worldwide Express and give you the best quotes from each company so that you can make an educated decision on which service to choose.
Is it legal to import paintball or airsoft products into my country?
  It is your responsibility to check with local law enforcement agencies regarding the importing, sale, and usage of the product that you intend to purchase. It is also your responsibility to pay any taxes, customs or duties, as well as check the legality of the product you intend to purchase and have imported.
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
How much are shipping charges?
  Standard shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the products you're ordering, your distance from our shipping facility, and the level of service you request. We are constantly working with our shipping carriers to reduce shipping and packing costs. To calculate shipping, simply add the products you're interested in purchasing to your shopping cart and click the "Calculate Shipping" button and enter your information. Shipping costs may be reduced by weekly or daily promotions.
