Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
  If you would like to ship to a different address than the address on your billing address, you will need to add that address as a confirmed address with your credit card company or bank. The best way to get your product shipped and delivered as soon as possible is to ship to the billing address.

Hustle Paintball, LLC takes precautions when there are different billing and shipping addresses to protect you in case of identity or credit/debit card theft. If someone steals your credit card and attempts to purchase product on our website but have it shipped to their address, we will do all that is possible to ensure that the transaction is authorized by the cardholder. One of the ways we do that is to use Address Verification (AVS) on both the billing and shipping address. Do I have to pay sales tax?
  No, you don't have to pay sales tax to Hustle Paintball, LLC or your state. The state of Oregon does not charge sales tax of any kind, so Hustle Paintball customers enjoy an additional discount on all of their paintball product.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  We will charge your credit or debit card immediately before shipment. If you place an order and the product is out of stock, we will not charge your card until all items have been received in, or the partial order has been cleared by you for shipment.

If your card declines prior to shipment, we will immediately attempt to contact you to obtain the information needed for an authorization.
