Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?
  Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are almost always shipped via USPS Military Mail and are subject to longer shipping transit times, due to the security imposed by the US Military. We are more than happy to ship to our armed forces and will take every step possible to decrease the transit times on our end (processing, packing, etc).

Depending on the location, transit times could be up to 20 business days, or even longer in some cases. If you would like a more specific transit estimate, please call Hustle Paintball, LLC and we will calculate the transit time based on your location.
How long are shipping transit times and who will be delivering it?
  Standard shipping transit times are 5 - 7 business days from the time of shipment. If you opt for a higher level of shipping service, your transit times will be reduced significantly, depending on the level of service you select.

No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday, nor do they count as business days. Any and all applicable holidays will also extend shipping transit times, so please take those into consideration when selecting a service level.

Depending on your location, service level requested and size/weight of product, we will carefully select the best carrier for your product. Most of our shipments arrive via UPS or DHL, but shipments may come via FedEx, USPS.

Large shipments of paintballs will typically be shipped by a trucking company and is largely dependent on the service level and delivery location (call for a quote).
Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
