This reliable, mechanical semi-automatic was originally designed as a training tool for an elite military force in China. Without fragile electronics to break down at the worst possible moment, you can take this machine through the toughest terrain without the most adverse affects that would typically accompany you.

Manufactured at a registered weapons factory in the People's Republic of China, using actual production parts where possible, it is the same weight of the current issue Type-56 assault rifle used by militaries throughout the world.

Improvements over the First Generation Type-56:

Removable Magazine - removes just like an AK-47, with a thumb lever
Removable Foregrip - removes with a smooth push-pin
Removable Barrel - barrel unscrews from receiver, and slides out of foregrip without loosening or removing the set screws on the foregrip
Easier to access internals - bottom plug is easier to grip and removes with a 1/4 turn

Selector switch acts as second safety
Quick strip stock and back block for fast field stripping and cleaning
