AXE / MINI / MINI GS Delrin Bolt

The Violent Series bolt is designed to increase performance in the Empire Axe and Mini. It is constructed out of Delrin, which is lighter than aluminum and has a lower coefficient of friction. The internal air flow of the bolt has been optimized by eliminating sharp corners, thereby reducing turbulence and conserving energy.

A soft rubber bolt tip and tuned internal volume help eliminate ball breakage. The Axe and Mini markers use a two stage gas release system as the bolt moves forward to fire. The first stage restricts the air pressure going to the bolt, making initial contact with the paintball gentler, which is followed by the second stage accelerating the bolt to full speed. The Violent Series bolt increases the length of the first stage by removing the material between the two rear o-rings. This area has to fill with air before the bolt reaches the second stage, which creates slightly more cushion time when the bolt initially starts to move and comes into contact with the paintball.
